“They could have persons that know how to do a check in ”

“The staff registration desk were very pleasant and assisted us in calling for a taxi. The photos were somewhat misleading as to the rooms given for accommodations. They are a separate dorm-type building; clean, simple, not at all like the main Estate pictured. The price-point was fair for the accommodations. “Excellent stay, fantastic staff, would stay there again”

“The hotel was goodnight stay with towel and a gift on bed which was a nice touch. It was easy to find and reception has cups of water if you want . The only things is that you have to pay £10 a night for parking which should either be part of room price or be told in advance. Easy to Christ just have to put key in a checkout box ”

“The manager and staff at this hotel go above and beyond. My wife is disabled and travelling can be a challenge. The folks here just go out of the way to make things as easy as they can. The accessible room is large and the bathroom with its roll in shower and shower stool is well designed and functional. Top marks to all the staff.”

“I did not expect that the room would be detached from the pub and there was no one in the facility overnight. I had questions about how to turn on the heat but there was no one to ask. Staff person was very nice but when she checked me in and showed me the room I didn’t know it was going to get cold.”

“The hotel is to undergo a referbishment in a months time. Our room was dreadful, with holes in the walls a television you could not watch as it was facing the ground. The furniture was very damaged”

“Pets welcome but advise in advance, perfect location, cozy, easy access for local sight seeing and there’s lots of places to go and see. There’s an M&S food at the garage about 200 metres away, good pub within walking distance but allow 30 mins there, and about an hour to get back in the dark 🙂 There is a microwave and induction hob with fridge and toaster in the kitchen but no oven, all you need unless you brought a pizza, no big deal we just froze it and had it when we got home. “ヒーバー城とチャートウエルに行くためロンドンから来ました。駅から3分で直ぐにわかります。チェックイン、アウト、荷物回収時に受付の方が居なかったりほかの方対応で時間がかかりました。部屋は地方のせいか広く、最新の設備で気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は六時半からでしたが七時半頃向かい、十分な品がまだありましたが無くなったものの補充はなく帰る頃には温かい品（卵・ベーコン・ポテト・マッシュルームなと）はもう片付けられていました。各々とればイングリッシュブレックファストを食べられますし、果物やヨーグルト、パンの他にマフィンやクランペットもあり、イギリスではじめて食べる機会に恵まれました。焼いてバターとはちみつで凄く美味しかった。お水も自由にペットボトルへ入れられました。ここセブンオークスはロンドンから１時間弱、宿泊が高いロンドンより日帰りでなく地方泊をオススメします。宿泊の夜はロンドンのスーパー購入の物を持ち込みました。”
