“This was a great property just west of the main part of Estes Park and very close to one of the entrances to RMNP. Fall River flows directly in front of the property. The property is very quiet and because it’s not a large property, it wasn’t hard to find a parking spot. The unit itself was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to do any cooking. I would stay here again.”

“I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there,...

“Very spacious! I don’t usually trust the online photos, but these are accurate. The downstairs suite has a king bed and a bunk bed plus a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Only complaint was the bed was so comfy, it was hard to make ourselves get up in the morning! We had a great time & easily made a nice dinner with our extended family. Fireplaces and balcony were big pluses. Quiet & clean. Great decor & attention to detail.”

“Feel for the price of what we paid need to modernize the location.... oven could barely hold a small pizza .... we had to move the TV to the other room for the kiddo at 1800 for 4 days these little details do make or break the overall experience of the trip. The good, the bed was comfortable and nice to come back to from a long day of hiking the park..... location is about 5 mins from down town .... amazing views at dawn and dusk where we would sit on the patio before starting the day or ending...

“Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!”

“Met a dear friend who had never been to Colorado for a quick getaway and the views of the mountains and lake from our large deck was exactly what I was hoping for. Sitting on the deck each morning and night was the perfect way to begin and end our days. Cabin well situated except possibly an update of the living area TV. An updated one would enable guests to watch a movie in the evening to enhance one’s enjoyment before retiring for the night. Also the kitchen was definitely functional and...

“Everything was as described. The condo was clean and neat and all the odds and ends were available for use (ie kitchen utensils, soap, ice, white goods, dvds, extra towels, coffee and coffee maker, etc.). Nice privacy, well lit, close to Estes Park, good views. I’d definitely recommend.”

“This condo is an absolute gem! The location is an easy walk to downtown, only about 1/2 mile away. It's literally right next to the Fall River, where you can hear the water rushing by. Having dinner on the deck was a delight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, including decent knives. “The condo was very clean and in good condition. The furniture and bed were in extremely good shape, and the hot tub was newer and worked very well. I have stayed in a few that were pretty beat up with worn furniture and had hot tubs that were old and in disrepair. The only downfalls were that listing did not let us know that there were 20 steps from the parking lot to the condo. It showed the steps up to the deck but not the concrete ones from the parking to the sidewalk. There were also not...
