“This lovely home is one of the best VRBOs we have enjoyed. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and very cozy. The beds and the sitting areas were quite comfortable, the spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the house itself was roomy and warm, and we felt right at home. Our adult children enjoyed the arcade games, and us older folks enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. “Everything was good, clean and comfortable. On check in I was given a room that was inhabited. Walked in on an undressed man. Upsetting for everyone.”

“The staff was rude and didn’t recognize my Ada service animals as service animals and made me pay per fees. She was so rude i wouldnt even hire her for a position dealing with customer. She should be in a position where she is as far away from customers as possible!! The room also was nasty and smelled and wasn’t clean. ”
