“I didn’t like the fact that nobody cleaned my room. I was asked one time did I need house keeping. I passed someone in the hall that asked if I needed anything but never identified themselves as staff so I just said no. I liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge. The bed was okay but could have been much better. The door has an opening in it as if the door wasn’t all the way closed. They made me put up a pet deposit even though I had no pet with me. “Insatisfecha la habitación que pedí era para no fumadores y olía horrible a tabaco dentro de la habitación. Las sábanas y toallas estaban amarillentas y con manchas pedí habitación para 3 y solo pusieron 2 toallas a pesar de que el baño era amplio la tina era sumamente pequeña, realmente me quedé porque estaba demasiado cansada pero dormí 4h y me fui de inmediato”

“Everything was clean and good but they don't have there A/Cs running in the rooms so when we walked in it was much hotter in the room then outside we had the A/C on the whole night but the room was still very warm in the morning.”
