Hotel vicino a LooLoo - Città del Messico

“Loved it !”

“Excellent apartment-style hotel in a prime location, but with a very tight layout. Pros: Perfect location close to restaurants, Reforma, and the Ángel. It's an apartment-style hotel with a modern, clean building and a super helpful staff. A huge plus is that the main entrance is always locked and requires the receptionist to buzz you in, which made me feel incredibly safe. There are also shared washers and dryers in the public area, which is very convenient. Cons: The hallways are quite...

“This is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful. I loved the rooftop area where we had breakfast a couple of mornings. This property is also in a great area for walking, shopping, and dining. My husband had his passport and CC’s taken at a concert early in our trip, and the staff went out of their way to help him get an appointment with the embassy and organize the paperwork he needed. We also did the spa at the sister property down the block, and it was wonderful. Highly highly...

“really nice and great style”

“Tutto perfetto”

“The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.”

“This property needs a lift gate or a handicap ramp to assist with luggage. Especially if the front desk do not allow you to use the handicap lift. I feel bad whoever can’t lift 40lbs luggage upstairs”

“The place convenient and is center to everything, good restaurants, bakery downstairs have many delicious pastries. Thou can be noisy to hear the cars as it is in Main Street and the music from the club across.”
