Hotel vicino a Bar Oriente - Città del Messico

“Loved it !”

“This is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful. I loved the rooftop area where we had breakfast a couple of mornings. This property is also in a great area for walking, shopping, and dining. My husband had his passport and CC’s taken at a concert early in our trip, and the staff went out of their way to help him get an appointment with the embassy and organize the paperwork he needed. We also did the spa at the sister property down the block, and it was wonderful. Highly highly...

“El concepto de las bebidas de cortesía, súper bien”

“Me gustó mucho el trato y la ubicación”

“Tutto perfetto”

“The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. The staff were not helpful at all and simply told us to figure it out ourselves. Overall the place was nice but the lack of assistance and inconsistency with the listing made the experience less enjoyable.”

“This property needs a lift gate or a handicap ramp to assist with luggage. Especially if the front desk do not allow you to use the handicap lift. I feel bad whoever can’t lift 40lbs luggage upstairs”

“The place convenient and is center to everything, good restaurants, bakery downstairs have many delicious pastries. Thou can be noisy to hear the cars as it is in Main Street and the music from the club across.”

“Incredible hotel and the staff is even better… The level of hospitality they helped us with was absolutely above and beyond. From helping with transportation all around the city, to and from airports and to and from the Formula One race… To helping lineup birthday cakes and balloons and flowers for each of the ladies for all of our rooms… And countless other moments… This hotel is absolutely top-notch.”

“Being in the heart of Roma Norte helped with walking across most of the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic and staff at the restaurant and front desk was very courteous. Bathroom could have little more privacy, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable.”

“Very nice staff”

“El hotel está excelente para descansar cuando viajas a Ciudad de México, todo muy limpio y ordenado, es un hotel con pocas habitaciones lo que les da el plus de la atención casi personalizada, los desayunos son buenos, te consienten, incluso vi como le prepararon algo especial a una niña pequeña a pesar que el día de hoy era bufete y este estaba por terminar, si buscas hospedarte en un zona que tenga restaurantes, bares y lugares turísticos a tu alrededor como reforma, aquí está tu hotel.”
