“Pros: clean rooms, comfortable bed, convenient location for walking or catching uber, felt safe inside the room. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Cons: busy street was noisy on weekends/no sound proofing, no mini fridge, no ac or heat, and shower came from ceiling (not the wall) so women who don’t want to get hair wet every-time it is difficult to shower.”

“I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. “The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. “Roof top is nice, however room was okay. Shower water goes out does not last hot for more than 3 mins. Trying to get towels to the room takes forever sometimes they do not respond to request.”
