“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guard at the front and the houseman were very accommodating of my late reservation. The room was clean (though a few areas were missed-I’ll mention in my Google review). Still no big deal, the room was cozy and well decorated and safe . Hotel is In a great area, lots of restaurants. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the hotel . The water was hot and showers pressure was good . The staff here is excellent and I’ll be back . ”

"Personale super gentile e sorridente. Conviene acquistare il pacchetto con colazione. Colazione abbondante a variegata con sempre qualche novità ogni giorno.

"A real nightmare.I was able to sleep 2 out of 5 nights, because of a terribile noise which seemed tò be near a huge washingmachine.I contacted the manager in charge and a member of the staff came tò see what was going on. He admitted that It was terribile and that was really difficult tò sleep in such an environment. The manager idid nothing tò make my situation bearable and at least tò move me in another apartment. The manager believes that Is normal tò pay for an apartment and not be able tò sleep. Never again. Very bad"
