“The house was clean. All appliances in good working order. Check in was easy. Owner easy to communicate with. She even checked in with me to make sure I got home okay. She was great to work with. Will stay there again, if I am in the New River Gorge are. Located close to attractions and out door events.”

“We were traveling through the area on the way to the east coast and loved the location of this place! We hiked some of the trails in the state park across the street and drove to the national park about 20 minutes away. Lovely place and thankful it was pet friendly so we could bring along our dogs! “This house fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the large yard. The adults enjoyed a game of pool and the hot tub. The getaway is conveniently located to hiking, the beach and Fat Eddie's. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.”

“House was quaint and beautiful. Street location has a high volume of traffic which makes it noisy. But house was clean and well cared for. Would have appreciated some extra amenities like board games, books, and other stuff to do during rain/storms. Would have loved a coffee maker as well. Not much into the K Cups. Maybe having both?”

“Very cute, comfortable, and well put together cottage. Supplied with everything needed and some appreciated extras . Perfect location for all our hiking adventures from the south end to the north end of the park. Just 15 minutes from Bridge. Highly recommend the Bridge Walk! Hope to be back to the area with some friends and will stay at this cottage again!”

“The little house was exactly as described. It was very cute, spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I’m picky about my bed! The train tracks are VERY close, but we enjoyed watching the trains go by. There were about 3 per night. The horns woke us but we were lulled back to sleep by the sound of the trains. The kitchen was well equipped but I suggest you bring your own spices if you plan to cook. The area is gorgeous and we were able to hike many trails throughout the park....

“The home was very close to rafting, atv, bridge walk and zip lining. It was nice to be able to cross the bridge to walk to restaurants. We had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was nicely stocked, note there were no paper products in the kitchen. House was clean and welcome bag was a nice touch! Thanks for a great base for our trip.”

“Our group loved this property for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. Great location. Property has a lot of personality. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We enjoyed the large dining room table and living room sofa, as well as the hot tub. The two king beds were super comfortable and we slept great. Thanks for a fantastic stay!”

“AMAZING! It had extra trash bags, dishwasher pods; the things you need to leave it the way you found it. The hot tub was the reason we booked this cottage. It was a welcoming spot to relax after running the 50K in town. The fire pit was a nice way to unwind upon arrival. Thank you for thinking of all the little things. This cottage had raised the bar for all of our future VBROs.”

“We enjoyed our two night stay. The townhouse is expertly designed in a warm and eclectic way. It was fastidiously clean. The cleanest vacation rental I’ve been in - including my own. Location is perfect to pop out for a walk, browse the shops, or get a drink or meal. You can hear every bit of street noise including conversations as people walk by. We could barely hear the bar only when its door was open and live music playing but that ends about 10. We sleep with a white noise app (and there are...

It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place.”
