Loomis Retreat

This is a beautiful property! It is spacious and very comfortable for our large family. The kitchen is well appointed and a great gathering spot. We loved playing games in the comfy family room downstairs. Convenient location across from Flower Farm. Great hosts.

AMAZING!!

Lindsay was amazing and the house is stunning! We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was everything I could have imagined. Lindsay was fast at responding even while out of town on vacation herself, the house was spacious and beautiful, and we all around had the best time. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a girls weekend

A group of sorority sisters in our 50s were blown away with this place ! It was homey, beautifully decorated, located in an amazing spot and just the right size for us. The host had a candle lit and music playing for us for our arrival. Such a sweet touch

Wonderful Property!

This is an amazing property. We came to the area because our son was getting married nearby and wanted a place for the entire family to stay. This house exceeded all our expectations. We had four generations with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed was provided. Lindsey was great communicating with me before and upon arrival. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. It was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this house! You will not be disappointed.

A perfect getaway house

We chose this house for a mini reunion with my family, my brother’s family and our mom. The 9 of us loved it. The house was beautiful — the decor was so attractive and comfortable — i have since bought multiple items to try to mimic the look in my own house. I don’t think i have sat in a more confrotable couch. The lay out was wonderful and everyone had their own spaces. It was stocked with everything you could want: cooking utensils, serving dishes, games, pool floaties. The outdoor kitchen and pool were highlights and where we spent most of our time and there is much to explore on the property. The area is also great with day trips to swimming holes and old gold rush towns. Lindsay and Pete were very accessible and accommodating. Lindsay went above and beyond after we’d checked out and realized we’d lost a wallet! Lindsay searched high and low and thankfully found it and saved the day. We can’t recommend this house more. I wish it was mine !

Family Reunion

What can I say?! To start, let me say this home is beautiful and everything you can ask for! It was mine for a short weekend and everyone enjoyed like it was our own! It is located in mountain fire territory so we had a bit of smoke that lingered the area but luckily it cleared up the next day by the time we got to use the pool! On your arrival, you punch in the code to open the double gates! When you roll up to the house, you are immediately astonished by all the surrounding trees, shade, and seclusion! You automatically feel the privacy and the feeling of being away from civilization! However, beware there are cameras that surround the premise. What house doesn’t have cameras these days anyways. When we entered inside the house, we were greeted with 2 bottles of Sonoma wine on ice and a watermelon! (That was the first in all the house rentals I’ve ever rented!) Assigning the bedrooms was a little tricky though. It was confusing to assign the rooms at first because the bedrooms were described with the amount of beds in each room. To be clear. Bed 1 had 1 king with its own bathroom. Bed 2 had 1 double bed. Bed 3 had a 3 bunker. Bed 4 had 2 queens, a small bed for a toddler and it’s own bathroom. The home is equipped with all the essentials you will need for cooking, laundry and much more! There’s a propane grill outside for q’ing! (No need to bring propane because they provide that!) Bathrooms are stocked with towels and toilet paper. Extra towels were found in the laundry room! There’s a game room and a record player that everyone enjoyed! This modern home was surrounded with beautiful artwork and decor that even the average person can appreciate! There’s a nearby supermarket and fast food restaurants. I took my parents and myself to Thunder Valley Casino which was just a 20min drive! Overall we enjoyed and this house was definitely a wow factor for my family! We will definitely be renting again! For future renters please help to keep and maintain the beauty of this house. The owners take inventory of their household to ensure your experience is the best! Please be respectful and keep the home clean as you found it when you first arrive! Have a great time and enjoy it as much as we did!
