“The little house where we stayed was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable and friendly, and they made both us and our dogs feel welcome. It was nice to walk around the property and explore a bit. It was a great way to get out of the city.”

“The house was clean. Everything was comfortable. I loved having the ability to set the temperature in every single room. In our case, we had all sisters at different stages of their life so believe me when I say we all want the temperature at a different setting, so it was great. “The home was home was well kept. Plenty of large space to gather and for alone time. The only down fall to this place is that the county only allows for 6 person total. So you forced to choose who comes with and who has to stay home. On another plus side it had not perfect but great vehicle access if you have a truck down to river. Save us from having to walk up and down hill. And carrying stuff up and down”

“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...
