Erie Escape - Lakefront Lake Erie w/ Pool

Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

Not Pet friendly.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $750 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance Program options available for purchase when booking a stay not less than 30 days before check in date.

Pool will open Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day and is only open during this time period. Pool heating is activated only when the forecasted daytime temperature exceeds 72°F.

Exterior security cameras are in use at this property at parking area and rear yard facing lake.

Family Fun on Lake Erie

We rented this house for a weekend to bring our whole family together (3 siblings, spouses and children, and our Mother- 14 total). The house was perfect to keep everyone entertained; the pool was perfect, we grilled out, we visited downtown Vermillion. The views of the July sunset were unbelievable. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Property

We got married in this area over the weekend and the house was just perfect in all aspects. It was large enough to to accommodate all of our family that came out of town and we also got some amazing pictures of our wedding party there. The view was beautiful from the back patio. If we are ever in this area, we will be back.

Great Get Away on Lake Erie!

This lovely lakefront home is well maintained and has beautiful views of Lake Erie. The home comfortably accommodated our family of 15 with 8 grandchildren ranging in age from 23 to 10. The spacious covered patio has lots of seating around two tables. The pool and huge hot tub were great! Having 3 ovens and 2 refrigerators was helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy. This home is located a short drive from Put-in-Bay and Cedar Point. Best of all, we enjoyed the beautiful evening sunsets!

Wonderful Lake Front Getaway

We stayed here for my bachelorette party. The house, pool, and grounds were very well maintained and there was adequate food/fridge space. The view is incredible for Lake Erie sunsets. Overall we had a wonderful weekend here.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Our family was celebrating a wedding nearby and after a long couple of pandemic years, we were looking for a place to gather, catch up, and enjoy the tranquility of our Great Lake as we moved between wedding weekend events. The property far exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly arranged for large group, balancing privacy when you need it while including group areas. We were able to play ping pong and board games. We grilled. We relaxed in the massive hot tub, which is really a small swimming pool. The view of the lake is fantastic with a great enclosed sun room when it was cold and a picnic table next to the water when the weather allowed. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. Thank you!

Hoped for more

Prior to our visit, a colleague of mine reached out to the property management company. The dialogues prior, during and after our stay did not improve. Difficult communications coupled with the management team's (a couple) contrary disposition made for a less than great experience. In telephone conversations and email exchanges, the preference seemed to be argumentative. The home was pretty cool, and we hope for future guests the management team can learn some valuable lessons when interacting with guests/prospective guests.

Extended Family Getaway

The family room and kitchen combo was our favorite gathering place. We also enjoyed the semi-enclosed patio that was large enough for all of us to sit for hours to talk and eat. The bedrooms are arranged nicely and all a good size. The downstairs bedroom/gameroom was a favorite for the younger adults. We had a great time with family in the house and there were lots of areas to explore in/around Lorain and in Cleveland.

Wonderful Home on Lake Erie

Had a wonderful week in the Erie Escape. The home is amazing! Very clean pool and swim spa hot tub. Beds are super comfy. The house is very clean and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the house. Right on the lake which was awesome for Sun sets and hearing the waves crash. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a 5 star vacation!
