"We stayed in the hotel room for a family. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We swam in the pool which was clean and well looked after. We ate at the restaurant onsite which had delicious pizza 🍕 and GF options for us. The view as the sunset with outdoor dining was spectacular and we could easily have stayed another day and night. Loads to visit in the area too - quite stunning scenery around there that i hadn't appreciated was the case. So, yes, all in all, great. In fact i wish I were still there...."

"The Raffaello is well located in the center of Urbino. It is a serious climb to reach it, but that is true of everything in Urbino. Our reception was rushed and callous. Keys were given, things mumbled, and we were sent our way. The lobby area was unkept, with pictures leaning against the wall and boxes stacked. The rooms were simple and clean but not in good repair. My air/heat system was without a remote and therefore could not be used. When I went to report this, there was no one at the front desk. In fact there was seldom anyone at the front desk. I found a phone number and called it. A man came and gave me an electric heater in case it got cold. It did. My bathroom sink had a slow leak which resulted in a wet floor. During the night a loud sound, like a fire alarm, would sound every few hours. No one at the front desk. No sleep. The most serious problem with the Raffaello was that no one cared. No one cared about the place or about us. After one night we were finished. I found a man at the front desk and said we were leaving. I asked to be refunded for the two nights we did not stay. He said, "No refunds! Have a good life!" Part of my life is to write this review. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
