  • Recentemente ristrutturato nel 2012. Il duplex inferiore è in affitto. Spazioso, pulito e moderno. Rilassati nel patio coperto recintato con vista sull'oceano mentre ti godi la brezza marina. Passeggiata storica di fronte, che sabbia! Ideale per prendere il sole, beach volley, bocci, collezionare conchiglie e vetro del mare, nuotare, osservare i delfini, andare in bicicletta, stand-up paddle, kayak e kite surf

    Viste spettacolari sul tramonto, sulla Catalina e sul centro di Long Beach. Spiaggia molto privata sulla penisola, che non molte persone conoscono. Zona residenziale tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina al vivace centro sociale di Belmont Shore. A piedi da ristoranti alla moda, bar e negozi unici. Cenate all'aperto nel patio mentre guardate passare le barche!

Easy and comfortable

Nice place, really enjoyed sitting out on the patio chatting in the ocean breeze. House had everything we needed and hosts made check in and out super easy.

Loved the stay here, the place was awesome and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. View in the morning is awesome and the area is so peaceful and serene.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property. The home and location is absolutely stunning, photos don’t do it justice. The hosts are very responsive and they truly thought of everything to make this a home away from home for their guests. My family and I will definitely be returning sometime soon because we were all so sad to leave.

June visit

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Would highly recommend. There is so much to do for all ages, we enjoyed the bay side with our younger kids and also the boogie boards in the ocean. Host are fantastic and very responsive.

Winter quiet

My father and I stayed here while visiting family near Cal State Long Beach. the location was quiet and comfortable. we did not make use of the beach much due to the cold weather but it was great to sit on the beachside deck in the mornings. the location allows for easy access to anywhere you wish to go while still being off the main streets. It was great having an off-street place to park as well.

Lovely home on the beach

We enjoyed this lovely beach home. The home itself was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sand near the house was nice and clean for the kids to play in. Volleyball net very close. We’d stay again.

Great location and stay!

Marianne was great when we checked in. We rented both the top and bottom units. Very convenient location. We brought my children and extended family and had a great time even though we were stuck in the house with the rain. I would absolutely rent this again.

Huge Dissapointment

We wanted to take a mini vacation with our elderly parents who can’t travel anymore so We picked this property locally because of it having “Unobstructed ocean views and because of positive feedback about the property manager. It wasn’t clear on the website where to park so we called Marianne who very nice to guide us. We check in to find out that there are sand dunes that block all views of the ocean. I called Marianne again to explain that this was a problem for us. A man came to us who wasn’t very courteous to me and was very condescending although I very respectfully told him that we drove 2 hours with our parents to have ocean views. He said that I already told him that many times! I told him once because he didn’t seem to understand the hardship and disappointment that we were feeling. It cost us a lot for those 2 days. He gave me an option to leave right that minute, which was going to be too hard in my parents to head back in Friday traffic at 4:30 pm or stay for 1 night and leave in the morning. He rudely told me “ you aren’t going to stay for free” to which I responded “ of course not, that wouldn’t be fair”. I explained to him that I wished they notified me that the views were obstructed which is different from the Vrbo website listing. He said it wasn’t his fault and the city put dunes up weeks ago when there was a hurricane warning. They refunded me 1 night so I paid a lot for 1 night from 4 pm till 10:30 am with no ocean view& I was disrespected

Great Stay

An extremely nice place to stay. Enjoyed wonderful time on the patio and everyone had their own room. Our hosts were super nice and accommodating. Beach and boardwalk at the tip of your toes. Thanks for a great stay !!

Awesome house, location and Hosts

Beautiful house, just like the pictures. Marianne was so gracious as to let us stay an extra night after an emergency trip to the hospital, ( unrelated to our accommodations). Everything needed to cook if you choose to or a walk to 2nd street to many fabulous restaurants. Nice ocean breezes and sleeping to the sound of the waves crash on the beach was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Paradise

This is my third stay at this property. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. Steps from the beach and a very short walk to the Bay. The view is amazing, I feel safe in this area and the owners are close by if there is an issue

This place was all that I would of hoped for! Location awesome!! Very clean and had everything that we could possibly need and more. Marianne was always available if we needed anything!! Great for all ages!! A MUST STAY!!

Long Beach getaway

This property is in a wonderful location, right on the beach and though close to town far enough away to feel as though you are truly on vacation. Check in was easy and the property manager was friendly and readily available. We had a wonderful time!

perfect little getaway

Perfect little spot with a convenient location away from the crowds, but close to the shops and restaurants. Marianne the owner was very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed the view and comfort of this spot. Would recommend to anyone!
