Druget Hotel!
I’m a Registered Nurse! I work twelve hours per day. When I got to this hotel the clerk stated that they don’t normally “deal” with hotel.com. I paid for my room reluctantly. I drove to my space to find a car parked in front of my assigned parking spot. There were men and a woman coming in and out of this one room all-night long. I saw a man smoking crack- through a tube in his van! One man was jumping another man’s car- which was very noisy! I was tired- I had worked twelve hours! The TV in the room was old and the remote did not work. I slept in my uniform with a hoodie on because I definitely did not trust sleeping under the covers. This place was ratchet! It was too late for me to find another hotel.

Thank you for your review. During the week of your stay we had alot of issues at the motel. We took charge of the situation. Please come and see the nmanagement and we will ensure you have a pleasant stay. Remotes are normally program, it just needed to be reprogram. We are constantly working here to improve the service and quality of stay for our guest.

Blankets and pillows smell old, bathroom had holes on the floor and you could see daylight through, television unblocked pornography channels and I stayed there with my underage very poor service. I will never stay there again.

Budget motel
Motel was fine, it’s a motel so you can’t expect too much. There was a roach in the room but that was about it. Overall worth it for the price

Worst Experience
Starting from Check-in, how they demanded more money for a room that was available. Rooms were filthy, smelly Internet(Wifi) did not work Air conditioning - just fan.

The hotel room was dirty. The towels looked brown. The toilet has a ring of build up.

Book at your own risk!!
Got to destination hotel said There was no reservation from HOTEL.COM So the so the Budget Inn itself charged me a higher rate it was late at night we was very tired. Went to room that they assigned use only to find the room was already occupied. Went back to office for them to say they was sold out for the night and that they would credit my money back to my credit card which will all know will take 2-5 business days. I demanded at least cash back sense this was totally a mistake on their part.

Not great but all in all what you expect
For the price, compared to other prices in the general LA area, it was what you would expect. Our room was never cleaned while we were there and we found three cockroaches in our room during our stay but the bed was clean, the room didn't smell of smoke and it was close to a bus that took us into downtown LA fairly easily so all in all it was what we expected.

Hotel suggests that guests checkout early
Hotel personnel should not intimidate guests to check out early because the guest got a bargain rate. If the hotel personnel have a problem with the rate that was given the guest, hotel should contact Hotels.com

No muy bueno, pero es bueno para pasar la noche.
Los cuartos son pequeños y la señal de wifi no llega a las habitaciones de atrás. No hacen limpieza en los cuartos todos los días, a menos de que lo pidas y te encuentren ahí. El personal es muy amable y la zona es super accesible para ir los principales puntos de L.A.
