Live/work studio loft nestled in the heart of downtown LA's Arts District. The location is adjacent to Little Tokyo and within a 10-minute walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Broad museum.

This artist loft is situated near numerous galleries, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues with abundant public transportation options.

The main level offers a generous open living space with high ceilings, a full bathroom, and private outdoor patio. The floor space flows seamlessly with the modern kitchen, which is finished with granite counter tops and a full array of stainless-steel appliances. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer conveniently tucked away in one of the closets. The full bathroom is cloaked in tile and granite and includes a large custom glass shower enclosure.

The second level serves as a private retreat and is furnished with a queen size bed and premium linens.

Additional features include hardwood floors throughout, dual wardrobe closets, a designated workspace with dual external monitors, wireless keyboard, mouse and printer, central HVAC, and one assigned parking space.

Guess has full access to entire loft and private patio. This also includes one assigned parking space.

The Metro is close by as well as the Dash (DTLA Bus).

Guest(s) will not be able to access the mailbox.

However, for packages and deliveries, guest(s) will have access to the mail room (where the package would be dropped off); although, oftentimes, packages are delivered outside the door of each individual unit.
