ONLY CONFIRMED GUESTS CAN STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE PROPERTY. The house is secured and there is a doorbell camera. Only confirmed pets allowed at the hous

This cute little house is tucked away and surrounded by greenery that makes it feel cozy and safe. Some folks may take a look at the neighborhood and surrounding community and question their safety, but we felt safe the whole time. We even walked five minutes down to a delicious pizza place. The home itself has plenty of space and the backyard is a little oasis. There are a few more steps, big steps, within the house than we were expecting, but we made it work. The communication was polite, professional, and welcoming. All the expectations are sent to you and listed within the house. It is a short drive to Universal, which was our main reason for being there. We would stay here again if needed.

Easy and great for groups

Looks exactly as the photos, very spacious and in an easy, low key area. Parking was always easy as well, never had to park too far. Huge yard and communal areas. Close to Studio City, WeHo. Would stay again!

Great stay in North Hollywood

The house is really great and very spacious with a lot of attention to detail. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and the photos give a good impression. The area is quiet and all important things like supermarket, restaurants etc. are very easy to reach. Universal Studios and Hollywood are just a short drive away. You can also get to Santa Monica relatively quickly. The hosts were very friendly and always available. We were a little worried about parking, but this turned out to be unfounded. Everything worked as described. Overall, we (4 people) enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great, but the place had a lot of bugs

The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy, however there were a lot of ants in one of the rooms. At the entry door too, there were a lot of flies and moths.

The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney .

Very nice property

The stay was wonderful. We loved how organized the property was with beautiful upgrades through out, the best part was the linen. It was like sleeping on clouds. I would select the property if ever back in the area.

My husband and some friends stayed here for a few nights. The place was very tidy and had everything we needed. Rules and instructions on how to operate everything were very clear. We didn’t need to contact the host because everything was so well organized. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Home Base

This VRBO property was a comfortable home for us: a mom and 15-year-old twins, each with a travel friend. There were 4 separate bedrooms, and the living room sofa was available for a fifth person. It’s nicely updated and furnished. There are sleek and easy-to-use blinds for privacy. The yard is beautifully landscaped with drought-tolerant plants. The kitchen is well-supplied. Beds are quite comfortable, but the 4th bed in the small bedroom off the living room was very LOW (on the floor) and had uneven hardness (was suitable for a young teen). The main dining table was nice and big, but it feels slightly too large for the space it is in (had to be careful not to scrape the chairs on the richly colored accent wall). We decided to drape a towel over the back of the chair to minimize the chances of damaging the wall. The host is very available and is a good communicator. Sends clear instructions on house rules and provides a handy house manual. The home feels like an oasis from the outside world, encircled and shielded by greenery. Has a cute entry gate and feels safe and secure. The AC worked well. This property has great curb appeal (best-looking property on the street). Note there is only street parking. Good home base - we’d likely stay here again if available.

Perfect Stay in LA

The house was perfect place! It was decorated very nicely and very spacious. The backyard and patio was decorated equally as well. It had everything we needed and it was very close to the attractions LA had to offer. The host was excellent and very accommodating. Check-in process was easy. I highly recommend this place!

Visiting family in the Valley

My parents, brother and I stayed here three nights visiting family in the area. We absolutely loved this house. It is just so charming, super-clean, and has gorgeous landscaping, and a great backyard. Also was equipped with some kitchen and bath essentials (olive oil, shampoo, etc.) - which is always helpful… not to mention some biscotti and Prosecco, which was a nice touch. Silvia was always ahead of us with all the details we needed for the trip, and check-in and check-out were breezy. Highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished spacious house hidden gem!

We really enjoyed the home. Very private and inviting. Everything we needed was there. Our family enjoyed meals in the dining area together. The kids loved playing in the back yard. We hope to stay again in the future. Although a few homes on the block are unkept...we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet 🤫

Cute and quiet vacation home

My husband and I booked a last minute trip for our honeymoon to LA . The home looked just like the pictures. The backyard was nicely set up with a sitting area and I loved the layout of the closed in patio for dining. Neighborhood was quiet although I was a little sketchy having a back alley way behind the backyard since the neighborhood did seem a little sketchy. But we didn’t mind too much since the house is pretty closed in so you do have a lot privacy. The street clean ups was the only thing we really had to worry about, which the owners did inform us to read the signs. We didn’t really use much of the rooms there since we were busy exploring LA almost everyday. Overall the home was nice and would accommodate a small group.

Wonderful Home Base for Exploring Hollywood

This property was the perfect place to stay for our family with 3 teens while exploring the Hollywood area. The house is spacious, bright, and decorated very stylishly. The neighborhood was a little shocking at first, but we realized quickly that as Sylvia said it is an older, quiet neighborhood. Do not expect to find restaurants close to the house or to walk the neighborhood. The beds are all very comfortable, there is access to stream from your accounts, there is a wireless printer available and a washer and dryer, a huge plus! We enjoyed making dinner there in the well appointed kitchen and eating dinner in the beautiful dining room. The outdoor spaces were very nice, our family enjoyed spreading out and resting in the late afternoon after busy days. The house is about 10 min from Universal Studios, 10 minutes from the Hollywood/Burbank airport, but a good 15-20 min drive to Hollywood and Highland or other West Hollywood attractions. Sylvia was an excellent host. She was very responsive, professional, and we really appreciated the home manual with information on the area and suggestions for restaurants/fun things to do in the area. Barney’s Beanery was a fun lunch spot! My only suggestion would be to have a good deep spring cleaning done as the baseboards/door jams/utensil drawers could use a good cleaning. All surfaces and furniture were clean and in excellent condition. The fire pit was not there, we were a bit disappointed about that. The hammock made up for that for me as well as the bench on the front porch. All in all I would choose this home again as it was super cute, spacious, and convenient for our family during our stay in Hollywood!
