This centrally located Condo gives you easy access to Glendale's famous American at Brand and the Glendale Galleria which offers world-class retail, dining and entertainment. Located just a short 10 minute walk from the condo. Whole Foods is a short 5 minute walk and you have a 3-4 minute walk to many banks, restaurants, famous Porto's cafe, easy access to the 5 fwy / 134 fwy .
The space
This is a Condo building and it's very important to us that our guest respect the building and do not cause any disruption to our neighbors.

Parking is allowed only in our reserved parking spot at all times. No items can be left in front of the condo door that block the walkway.

Quiet hours are to be respected from 10pm-8am

Master Bedroom has a private bathroom

Bedroom #2 and #3 have access to bathroom in the hallway

We ask since you are on the 3rd floor to please be respectful to our neighbors downstairs who might be sensitive to noises.

No pets allowed, No Smoking, No parties allowed!

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Guest access
Guest can access all of the unit with the exception of 1 closet upstairs in the loft area.

You can find numerous restaurants, banks, grocery stores like Whole Foods, Von, Ralphs within walking distance from the Condo.

Trader Joe's, Target, The Americana at Brand, Glendale Galleria are a short 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk
