Jing was very responsive to all communication from us. Questions were all answered in a very timely manner. The house had great potential. The bathroom in every bedroom was very accommodating. There was lots of room for gathering with our large group in the living space. The kitchen was set up well especially with the 3 refrigerators . There were plenty of pans and dishes however , the cupboards and dishes were dirty and unorganized. Dishes had to be washed before using them. There were no towels to dry dishes with or hands. The kitchen along with the rest of the house was filthy. The countertops were covered in grime. The floors were not moped for a very long time. Everyone’s feet or socks were black after walking for a short time on the floors. There was dirt dust and items from previous guests under all the chairs and couches. Spiderwebs everywhere. Ants were all over floors and counters in the whole house. Even though the house was rented for large families and groups there were no games toys bbq or much for outdoor furniture. We have rented many houses over the past 10 years with our large extended family and have always had these things at the homes. There was also only one bath towel per person also something we have never seen. It is unfortunate that the host did not clean the house , especially since you are charged a large cleaning fee. The house was obviously set up to make as much money as possible without any cost or effort.
