Only 1.7 miles away from the Beach and 2.6 miles to Downtown Long Beach. Our lovely home is centrally located in the City of Long Beach close to amazing Restaurants, Coffee Shops, City Landmarks and Event Venues.

This is a great home to be centrally located between Los Angeles County and Orange County.

-FUN GAMES Throughout the house, including, Basketball Free Throws Game and Board Games as; Twister, Giant Scrabble, Clue, Jenga, etc.
-SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM with 55" smart TV, Comfortable Sectional (extra bed).

Space description:
Bedroom A: Queen bed (2 people max) +32" TV.

Bedroom B: Full Over Full bed (4 people max) +32" TV

Bedroom C: Twin SizeTroundle bed with Twin Size pull out Bed under. (2 people max) +40" TV
Please note: This 3rd. bedroom does Not have a door for privacy. However, it does have access to the 2nd bathroom and the outdoor patio.

-Sectional in Living Room could accomodate one extra guest (for up to 9 total)
-Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen
-2 full bathrooms
-New Washer and Dryer
-High Speed Internet
-All TVs are ready for you to log in to your Personal favorite Streaming Services Accounts.
-Fireplace is not available at the moment but we do have central heater


Please we kindly ask you the following House Rules:

No parties or events

No pets are allowed

This is a non-smoking home (there is a $1,000 fee if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property as well as smoke smell inside the home)

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am- please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noises to a minimum

Please do not flush baby wipes or female products in the toilet, throw them in the trash.

Please follow the check out procedure or be subjected to an additional cleaning fee

If leaving the house, Please remember to lock all of the doors and close all the windows and Please ONLY use the back door. Pulse the “X” on the smart pad and it will lock automatically.


Reminders
Comfortability for living room- If you have guests sleeping on the sectional please be aware that we provide a sheet, blanket and pillows for that area.

Paper supplies- We will provide you with complimentary 2 toilet paper rolls and 1 paper towel roll to start. After that you will need to supply your own. (grocery info below).

Cleaning supplies are located in the cabinets, under the kitchen sink.

Parking- Our home offers free parking on premises. We can fit up to 1 vehicle in the driveway as well as 1 inside the garage, 2 Total.

Washer and Dryer are free for you to use and they are located inside the garage - Please clean out the dryer trap after use. We provide complimentary laundry essentials for your first couple of uses.

Neighborhood- Our community is a family oriented area that is safe. There is an Elementary School across from the front of the House and a Church across from the side of the house. The community care for each other and have respect for each other.

Guest access
All guests have access to the entire House , Side Patio and Garage. We offer parking for ONE car on the driveway and a SECOND car inside garage comfortably. There is limited street parking available but please be aware of the sweeping days signs posted.
