Bungalow 2 Bdrm 1bath recentemente ristrutturato con tutti i comfort a Long Beach

La LB House dispone di un open space, una cucina da chef e tutti i comfort di cui hai bisogno. La casa dispone di nuova aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una griglia a gas naturale, internet ad alta velocità, rete DISH con tutti i canali tra cui HBO & Showtime e molto altro.
L'ampia cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario, tra cui una macchina da caffè Nespresso, una caffettiera Keurig, spezie, spray da cucina / olio d'oliva, caffè e tè e molto altro ancora. La casa ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Forniamo detersivo per piatti, cialde per detersivo per bucato, fogli per asciugatrice.
La struttura dispone di un parcheggio recintato sul vialetto con spazio per 3 auto e c'è un parcheggio aggiuntivo sulla strada.
Entrambi i materassi Biancheria da letto Nest I materassi Alexander e il divano nel soggiorno sono anche due divani letto queen size.

Jackie is an amazing host. This property has everything you need to feel right at home. Great parking, comfortable beds,comfortable couch,large tvs and over all great space. I would most definitely stay again if needed.

Exactly what we needed

We came for graduation and found the location perfect. The newly remodeled house had everything we needed, even cooking spices and oil, which we never used! Gone are the days of not extras!

Pros and Cons

The home was beautiful and the beds were amazing for comfort and sleep. The home was very clean and was stocked with all essentials. The parking was not convenient at all. The stuck and those parking on the street made it virtually impossible to get into the drive. There was no room to turnaround so you have to back out on a busy street. Water pressure didn’t exist so you couldn’t rinse the soap off.

Needs some TLC

The property owner was very responsive - the water heater went out on our third day and it was replaced before the end of the day. Overall, the house could use some TLC as there were several broken or missing items in the kitchen and burned out light bulbs. It was on a very busy street (which we knew) and the bedroom with the sliding door was loud all night long. Getting in and out of the driveway proved tricky too. The gate to the driveway didn’t work properly, so it remained open and unsecured throughout our trip. Not a place I would stay again.

I WANT TO COME BACK

VERY IMPRESSED with the location. Property was CLEAN!! Spacious enough for me and hubby and 2 kids. Easy access to get everywhere we went on our trip... not but a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Long Beach and to Queen Mary. We were provided with EVERYTHING from towels to coffee. Wished we couldve stayed longer, this was the best Vrbo we have stayed in. Mahalos again!

My family visited LA to go to USC and UCLA. Location was good but the unit was hard to access. The unit was really nice and comfortable. Everything was well done.

Great place

My family and I had a lovely stay. The location is very convenient and nice to have a gated driveway for parking. Everything is clean and modern, very comfy beds. We had 2 small children so the crib and high chair were very useful. Sent the host a small question and they responded almost immediately.

Nice comfortable place!

Our family had a great stay at this house while vacationing in Southern California. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well. It was a great location for exploring LA and driving down to San Diego. We enjoyed walking to Knead Donuts for breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked, but we are most of our meals out. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to do laundry. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little bungalow

Great little bungalow. I like the fact that it was equipped to accommodate a variety of families everything from small children to teenagers.... It was properly equipped. They had a kitchen with all the basic equipment that you would need for the day to day... The only thing that I would point out and I would not say It's a negative... is the t v in the living room and five by remote controls... We were not able to figure out how To watch TV...... Overall we like and we're very satisfied with the bungalow. We would definitely be looking into it if we ever come back to visit Long Beach california again... thank you for the great experience

Great spot in Long Beach!

The property was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of space for two adults and two children. We were able to eat meals together and rest in the evenings after our days out. It's also in walking distance to Knead Donut & Tea, which everyone should try!

Great Stay

Communication with our host was very easy and clear and they were very accommodating with our particular situation. Entry to the property was very simple and the home was clean and well stocked. Came with fans, a pack n play, and high chair which was great to have for my littles (2.5 & 1.5). Parking on site was great. The street was pretty busy to pull in and out of, but waiting for a red light at the nearest signal made it easy. Local to downtown activities, dining, and even a great park a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend!

Exceeded expectations

What a cute and cozy little home! It was perfect for four people. And the beds were so comfortable! We were in Long Beach for a festival and it turned out to be a short distance to the venue which was Marina Green Park. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods and it was also a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

A clean and modern house

A clean and modern house in a very central location. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Beautiful cozy home!

Enjoyed this property. Home was clean, great location. It had all the amenities we needed. Had some issues with the internet when watching TV but other than that it was perfect! I would highly recommend.

Great location, great amenities

We were in town for a short visit and this place was great. Centrally located, beautiful new renovation inside, well stocked kitchen, satellite TV, and central air, parking on site. We would definitely stay again.

Family Visit

We finally were able to visit with my parents since they were vaccinated aged so a trip to CA was in order. This place was close to not only them for restaurants and coffee. My husband and I had to also work remotely and the set up was perfect. Great kitchen set up and would absolutely stay again. VRBO is great because it give us more flexibility than a hotel. Highly reccomended this unit. Yes in 7th but honestly noise was minimal.
