The space

Amenities include central AC/heat, a large TV, apple TV, reliable Wi-Fi, free laundry, and parking on premises (by request). The shared backyard garden has a large Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining table, outdoor grill (by request), and enough space to enjoy a quiet afternoon under the canopy of a yellow-flowered Tipuana tree.

The stand-alone home is in the front of the property with a private front porch, front garden and access to the backyard.
