About this space
We are visual, performance artist entrepreneurs and healers. We created a small community around Airbnb in our original family home from 1920s. This magical cottage, a Unique, Peaceful, Artistic, Centrally Located right by the public park with children's playground and picnic area. Large garden with outdoor dining. 5min to Airport and Train station. Close to Universal studios, LA zoo, hiking trails, Hollywood. AMC theater, malls, Ikea, major shoppings are only 5-10 min drive.
The space
This cottage guest house is with the property of the main house 2br and 1 bath (Dancing Bear Manor) which is also on Airbnb. Please check out my other listings. Completely separate from the Dancing Bear Manor, it has its own entrance and huge garden. You enter through the kitchen and there is a bathroom with a shower and a middle room that can be used as a living room and a smaller bedroom furnished with a sofa bed and TV. and the main bedroom with the queen size bed i at the end of the building and it has its own entrance/access with a sliding door.

Entire guest house, huge garden, and Laundry room.
Other things to note
There is a main house on the other side of the property ( also on Airbnb ) and I use the garage as my art studio/care taker cabin sometimes where you will find meet me and my sweet little dog Kirin.
