“The coffee machine was not working , no juice or other condiments other than cereal lord knows how long it’s been there there wasn’t a pool as well and the ice machine was not working. The room had a little funky smell guess it was the carpet.”

“Pnly issue i had was the remote didnt want to cooperate. ”

“Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.”

“Surprisingly it was a great hotel stay... I ended up getting the suite and was so clean and a good size room... Fridge, microwave, sink.. a nice clean sofa bed and nice size TV with tons of channels... I always check the bathroom and it was nice and clean... I will be staying there again”

“We arrived to the place around 9 pm and the office doors were locked. You have to ring the bell, she took forever and the place was so dark. When she finally got to the office the clerk was in such as very bad mood. Expedia said breakfast included, but when I asked about breakfast hours she said there's no breakfast.”

“A/C not working They changed our room and the AC didn't work either. We had a bad night and a bad experience, and I chose Hilton thinking it would be better, but it turned out to be worse”
