“The hotel had my reservation, so easy check in and check out. No billing issues. Multiple pools (the rooftop one is for adults only), hot tubs and beach is 10 steps outside the property. The gym was nice but gets crowded at peak times. Aleta restaurant has long wait times to receive food. The hotel issued new room keys without verifying IDs or any information (big safety concern), the balcony doors don’t lock, and the last night I could hear upstairs guests VERY loudly. ”

“Positive: Beautiful property, clean, staff are amazing, pools are nice, food was ok. Our teens had a blast and loved their pizza. The hotel is family friendly and not a huge party vibe. Negative: #1 complaint was all the empty pool chairs saved by people at 7am. On check-in the front desk immediately hand you over to their sales team and push their vacation membership. Hard rock hotel is on the pacific side and it has a little more wind but not bad. It’s an easy taxi ride to the marina. ”

“Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep. Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. ”

“rooms have a mildew smell ,management constant harassment for club membership.. pools are cold, hot tubs are warm, not hot at all shortage on staff around Cabanas for service. Restaurant foods mediocre for the price. Room service food good service foods mediocre housemaids concierge very good service valet parking. Good service.”

“All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Flowers and plants are gorgeous (great gardeners). There was an issue with the bill checking out (charged twice), which they rectified. Unfortunately, they have put a second charge through without any explanation or communication. This is very disappointing.”
