“The room is beautiful and very clean! They are bungalows in the middle of the forest, with breathtaking views. The property caretaker, Tony, is very polite. Strongly recommend this. Just a note, there is no restaurant around so you must drive to the beach or quepos to eat all meals. There is no room service nor any service at the pool. ”

“La pulizia lascia un pò a desiderare, (qualche insetto di troppo...) e sarebbe necessario qualche intervento strutturale, (finestre e aperture utilizzabili nei bagni); il collegamento internet è difficilmente fruibile dalle stanze, occorre recarsi alla reception.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms look new, recently renovated. There are little things that could make it even better, they didn't ask our opinion, but here they are :) The keys are the same, the big main door key didn't work and the receptionist said they are the same.. Also in the shower there was no shelf to put the soap or shampoo, and in the sink there was no plate for the soap. Also, some towels looked a bit stained. Maybe a staff member could regularly go around and check everything...

“We absolutely loved staying here. As a family of four we felt very comfortable in such beautiful and clean villas. Everyone was so nice and hospitable. The food was so delicious and the fresh fried plantains. Both the ladies in the kitchen were so sweet. Plenty of free private parking. The stairs are absolutely no issue, should you have one there is a wheelchair friendly route to take down to the villas/pool instead. We did not want to leave! If you’re wanting to stay near MA, stay here!”

“We arrived to the hotel after dark, it was a little confusing finding it (wish there were a few more signs), but once we found it, we were very pleased! Staff was very friendly, room was super cute and very clean! The views were absolutely amazing!! We had the free breakfast and it was great. (There was coffee, juice, toast, eggs, plantains, sausage, cereal and fresh fruit) from what I remember…This was our 1st trip to Costa Rica, and we have already booked again to come back. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. “We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...
