Sandi is an amazing host, and I always love the incredible ocean views (sea lions, dolphins, and whales on the horizon this trip!), the incredible proximity to the beach - not to mention the property at Pajaro is great. I can't wait to stay again - and the induction stovetop in the remodeled kitchen is also amazing!”

It made our beach day that much easier. David was so helpful with ideas and generous with our special request. I appreciated the quick responses. “A very peaceful stay at a truly exceptional property - even better than it looks in the photos. Being at the front of one of the Shorebirds buildings, there are private, unobstructed oceanfront views from both the bedroom and the living room, and 180 views along the beach from the deck.Nicole has equipped the property very thoughtfully with absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay, made all the better by falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.”

“Communication with host. TV was listed as smart TV, however no access to any streaming services. I couldn’t log in to my accounts because there were not any portals to get to the log in. Tried to communicate with host and they just stopped responding. Also you have a full kitchen but no basics like dishwasher pods, spices. ”
