Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable, even though it was a little squeaky. “1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2. Absolutely love the breakfast good quality and complimentary. I am deducting points because you charge for parking and secondly, you’re adding tax to parking. Never have I been somewhere where they’re charging me tax on the parking! Note to the hotel offer free parking to your guests and if you’re going tocharge us, don’t add any more tax to that!!”
