“Checking in. I knew I screwed up staying there. Smelled like vomit. The person at front desk could not put his phone down, talking to his self and ignoring us. I had to get mad to get checked in and get our room keys after being on road all day.
What breakfast? White bread? Cold coffee from the day before. 6am, 1 yogurt in cooler no fruit for guest.
Room was clean, but smelled like strong bleach. Hallways nasty the whole time I was there never vacuumed. Side door open 24/7 no security...

We got there and there were dogs everywhere some of them looked aggressive front desk guy couldn’t find our reservation we contacted Expedia they took care of it we go back to the front desk a young guy that didn’t know anything told us there were no rooms that eventough it showed online they had rooms available in reality they didn’t. Fir us to us to cancel and go somewhere else !! I asked what could they do for us he said nothing never apologize no...
