“Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel bar was closed for the entire Memorial Day weekend, which was unexpected during such a busy holiday. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming and seemed inconvenienced whenever we asked questions about the local area or trail systems. Trailer parking was another major issue. “We liked the Point Hotel and will stay again. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchenette in room, enjoyed the pool, hot tub & sauna. Grounds were very pretty and nice location on our way to visit family. Waffles, coffee and various breakfast items were included. Rooma are not new and modern but homey, clean with A lodge, northern woods theme.”
