“New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!”

“The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional. “The staff there were pleasant and helpful when they could. That being said, this hotel did not match the pictures at all. Room was dark and gray and the bed was very hard. When we asked for 1 extra pillow, they said they didn't have any more. (There's a Kmart, like 2 miles away, so it's not like they didn't have the opportunity to get any.)
