“A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“Mi è piaciuto tutto! La posizione a 5 Min dalla stazione dei treni e dall'università, per tanto una zona molto cosmopolita e giovanile, la pulizia della camera, impeccabile, il personale dell'hotel, tutti molto educati e gentili, sempre pronti ad aiutarti sia di giorno che di notte!!!”

“Le modalità di colazione sono un po' ristrette, e sotto il letto c'era un sacco di polvere. Il letto però era davvero comodo e il personale è sempre stato impeccabile”

“パース駅から近く、便利な宿。1Fはビアパブですが、22:00にはクローズドするので、あまり煩いとは思いませんでした。2泊したので、1Fのパブのビール２杯分のチケットも貰い、ビール🍺を満喫しました。チェックイン、アウトがやや分かりにくいのと、レセプションの営業時間に制限があるので、深夜到着、出発の場合はあまりおすすめしません。”

“Simple place. Great location if you like to run or take a walk in the park. Not too close to the city center and not many options to eat nearby. Perfect for a long stay in Perth. ”

“Our second stay here, great value for money and easy to access. My only complaint this trip is that the outside hallway lights coming into the room were horrendous, so bright with no curtain on the kitchen window making the room super bright at night time. I'd definatley reccomend the property adding blackout curtains to the kitchen window.”
