“We had a fantastic time at Lake Awana Point! Karen was an amazing host! We had plenty of everything we needed and it really felt like home. We enjoyed the huge, private property, fires, kayaking and visiting the Smoky Mountains. We especially loved the sun porch.We did not want to leave and the family is already talking about wanting to return. “Great location for a stay on Tellico Lake. Was at the end of a cove so easy to kayak and paddle board without worry of boats speeding by. Great amenities at house and for lake, including 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayak, plus multiple floats. Definitely recommend and would stay again!”
