Vorremmo condividere Dock Holiday House sul bellissimo lago Tellico a Loudon, TN, con coloro che sono interessati a una comoda vacanza. Situato a 180 Oonoga Way, Loudon, 37774 nel Tellico Village, la casa sul lago si trova a circa 40 minuti da Maryville e 40 minuti da Knoxville. Tellico Village offre molti modi per intrattenere, dalla musica dal vivo il venerdì sera allo Yacht Club, il golf su uno dei tre deliziosi campi fino a una palestra con centro massaggi con centro ricreativo.

La città di Lenoir, che dista circa 20 minuti, ha altri ristoranti e negozi. Calhoun's on the River è a circa 15 minuti lungo la strada. La pittoresca cittadina di Loudon, con i suoi negozi di antiquariato e la tavola calda "mamma / pop", dista circa 20 minuti.

Dock Holiday House offre una splendida vista alberata, con un bacino di acque profonde su una baia privata. La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto e tre bagni completi. Al piano superiore è una grande sala con camino, cucina con doppio fornello, lavanderia, quattro zone pranzo e veranda protetta che ha la sensazione di una casa sull'albero. Al piano inferiore si trova una sala multimediale e una sala giochi con tavolo da ping-pong, una veranda esterna con vista sul lago e una griglia. Oltre a quattro camere da letto che possono ospitare due ciascuna, c'è un futon e un materasso gonfiabile. Lenzuola, asciugamani ecc. Sono forniti.

Dock Holiday House ha un sistema WiFi, NetFlix, via cavo e audio in tutta la casa.

È un'ottima posizione per una vacanza tranquilla per due, ma ospita anche grandi gruppi e funziona bene come luogo di ritrovo per famiglia e amici.

This property is wonderful for family gatherings. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with family here. It is a beautiful, spacious home that is warm and inviting with fantastic sun room for beautiful views of the lake. The fireplace is a lovely touch. I appreciate the workspace in the kitchen for remote work during our vacation. I can’t say enough about the location and communication with the host was great! I highly recommend this lovely home!

The first thing we immediately noticed when we walked in was a very strong, musty smell that permeated the house. Then go downstairs and the smell was even worse. I understand that we were next to water, but there was no de-humidifier to get rid of the excess moisture, nor were there any fans to circulate the air. The house was not very clean with cobwebs and spiders all over the house and to top it off, a hornet or wasp was circling the fan in the main room. We DID NOT leave any windows or doors open, and did not use the dock or outside area at all. Then there was no extra toilet paper anywhere in the house, and we were left to fend for ourselves when the last of it ran out. The downstairs bathroom had ringworms all over the sink, and we have video showing as much that has been submitted as this may have been one of the worst offenses of the home. Lastly, the neighborhood was VERY QUIET, which was explained in the guide book. If you are on vacation and looking to have some fun past 9pm, I would look elsewhere as this is not the place for you. We were not a howling at the moon group either, but did want to have a cocktail on the back deck/dock after the day. Then to top it off due to the location from Knoxville airport, our Uber canceled on us last minute, which apparently happens all the time. So you’ve been warned. We were not, and getting a taxi or the like on a Sunday is impossible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very gracious and responsive and the home itself was beautiful. Clean, right on the lake and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Doc Holiday house! Nestled in a quiet cove at Tellico lake you’ll enjoy peaceful mornings and even quieter nights! The walk to the dock is 74 steps with areas to rest along the way if need be. The dock has a small table ( no umbrella) but nice for a glass of wine or coffee. We rented a pontoon for the week which was delivered to us and enjoyed the lake! The house had all we needed although we had to scrounge around as things were not very organized in the kitchen ( no big deal). The house could use a second garbage can in the Garage- as it goes out Tuesday morning so it was already full from the last renters causing the garage to smell bad. Overall the outdoors could use some TCL to reduce the vines climbing up the trees to make it more visually appealing and save the beautiful oak trees- but this didn’t impact our stay. We’d stay again and the host was super responsive to our questions prior to rental! Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed the ping pong table several evenings!

We enjoyed our stay at the house on Oonoga. Perfect setup for guys golf trip. Cooked breakfast in morning before golf and relaxed in evening watching football. Very clean and well furnished.

Everything went perfectly. We had one small issue, but the owners were quick to respond and was handled right away. I loved the layout of the house with 2 bedrooms on main level and the other 2 on lower level. We had all ages from 18 months to 73 years old. The lake house was perfect for everyone. It was great to be able to have our boat and jetski right there ready to use at any moment. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the dock with floats when the grown ups didn’t want to go out in the boat. The home was clean and had just about everything you needed. I would recommend for anyone. Great hosts. Great location.

The home was very nice albeit a bit neglected and needed some updating. Kitchen was not as clean and organized as I had hoped. I found used pans in cabinets inadequately cleaned, cabinets were unorganized with lots of out dated food items. Rug in kitchen was filthy. I spent a couple of hours the first day making sure everything was as clean as I like. The positives outweighed the negatives. Beautiful lake with very little lake noise, screened in back porch with great view of the lake.
