“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“El personal muy bien. La hot Pool no servía y la alberca tenía como un foco hacia afuera y me causó inseguridad. El menú del restaurante muy limitado.”

“We stayed 4 days to visit family. Hotel was well positioned for short trips to meet everyone. Parking was easy. Staff were extremely helpful a D anxious to help. Housekeeping were ready to assist with extra towels etc. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Clean, spacious room, but noisy as a result of the space between the bottom of the door and the floor. I was a reasonable distance from the elevator but could hear everything. Courteous staff. Easy parking. ”

“Room was immaculate and staff were friendly. I had an event at 5:30 pm, the restaurant didn’t open until 5:00, one of the gentlemen went to the kitchen and asked if they would be kind enough make me a plate.c which they did. This meant I was able to have dinner rather than ordering Uber Eats. Super appreciated the kindness, and will definitely be back.”
