“Hotel is clean, but dated. We had a security issue. Two hours before check out someone used a key to unlock our hotel room door. Luckily we had top lock on. The person did not identify his or her self as an employee of the hotel.”

“The staff was very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning! Mold was in the shower. Very loud rattling air conditioner unit. Breakfast was average, toaster was broken.”

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

“They were doing construction ,that's what the desk clerk says as to why the filth. I never stayed there it was to unclean for us. The clerk was nice and honest so I appreciate that.The pictures that Expedia has is a hoax . They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. They couldnot/would not refund me or referral to sister company. I...

“Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out. “Kristi checked us in and was so pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and spacious.”

“Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found.”
