“Wawa right outside the hotel within walking distance, room was immaculate and smelled lovely. Bathroom was very modern and well lit. Room had ironing board, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Staff was fantastic. Water was available in the lobby and they served breakfast and had coffee in the morning. Will be returning.”

“This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. Its ideally located in Virginia wine country and in proximity to the homes of three past presidents, all of which you can visit. If you feel like shopping or eating out,...

“The house was very clean and functional with good, useful spaces. Waterfront was okay, though the bottom near the shore was mucky - wear swim shoes (which you should in any lake). Could use water stairs. Community was nice as were all the people we encountered. The clubhouse restaurant was very nice. The golf course bar was pleasant. Very near supermarket and Walmart. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”
