“The inside of the house was very nice - the posted pictures are accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but over all met our needs perfectly.”

It was only 20 minutes from the Cable Dahmer Arena, and that was my focus for the Chris Tomlin Holy Forever World Tour. Do prefer a more functional kitchen option. Did not use the shower or fireplace. The property could use a renovation update. Thank You Melody !”

“Our family spent the weekend here to celebrate graduation from KU. It was a great location, 30 minute drive to campus. The house has beautiful open common spaces. Don’t miss the separate basement living area accessible from the garage. It’s a nice lower level space with a full bath and the laundry area. The whole place was exceptionally clean. Well stocked pantry items, if you’re cooking in. Backyard is gorgeous and flat — room to run :). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery...

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean. The house was located in a very quite neighborhood. There is a lot of shopping nearby. There was was enough rooms for each person to have their own. My granddaughter enjoyed playing the games in the game room. Because the weather was cold we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck. I would definitely here again.”

“Host was very responsive and accomodating and place worked great for our needs. Would think summer options with pool and volleyball would make this a wonderful stay. Great location with peacefulness and space but close to convenience. It is the owners house, so it is more lived in than other rentals I have stayed at but that also led to a very well stocked kitchen. Other property was rented at same time but had absolutely no awareness of it (noise/parking etc) Thanks for bringing our family...

“This property was great for our group. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. (+)We enjoyed that each bedroom area had its own bathroom space. The kid area downstairs was a favorite place to gather and play. The kitchen was very handy and accessible. (-)We thought that though the living room furniture looked great, it lacked comfort. And while we would have liked to use the baby swing, the harness was not intact. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend/return.”

“Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.”

“We chose the duplex because it looked nice and was less than a mile from our son and his family. Perfect choice as a lightning strike took out their neighborhood electricity but our neighborhood still had it, so they “moved” in for a couple of nights!”
