You'll also have access to the shared lounge, pool table, fitness room, coffee bar, dining room, and designated common areas. These spaces are shared with guests staying in the property's other units.

The Saint boutique hotel features eight individually bookable guest units. Your suite is private, while common areas are shared with other guests.

KITCHEN ACCESS
Unit #6 includes a private kitchenette, not a full kitchen. The common-area refrigerator, stove, and oven are reserved for whole-property bookings and are not available for individual suite reservations.

GROUP STAYS

Smoking is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 2 guests, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property, unless booking all 8 rooms.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
