Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home has an open main level, great back yard, and is centrally located with just a short drive to Denver, Boulder, and Golden this is a great place for people looking to explore the outdoors, or to just have a home away from home with your kids or another family.

The park across the street is great for all ages with basketball hoops, and a recently renovated playground, easy access to open space trails that run along Coal Creek and even lead to downtown.

Great restaurants, and things to do for all ages!

Home away from home

This home was inviting both from the first look from the street and then when opening the front door! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for starting the day and winding down at day’s end. And there were so many hooks which is really a delight for any one living out of a suitcase for a few days! Finally, Sierra is an amazing host, thorough with her instructions and very responsive to my many questions! We made a few wishes on her wishing arch - one was that this home be available next time we come to the area.

Family wedding week

We loved staying at this home. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. Beds were fabulous and the house was well stocked with just about everything we needed.neighborhood was very nice and safe and close to many stores. Playground across the street was enjoyed by the kids. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend staying here if you need to be in the area. needed.

Great house for a family

We really enjoyed this house. There is an excellent playground across the street, and the house was spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms on both the top and bottom floors, allowing everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean dishes and the garage had plenty of extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There is a grocery store within 4 minutes of the house. Note - This is not a complaint but an FYI for anyone booking for 4 bedrooms -- the 4th bedroom is accessed via another bedroom. That could actually be a big benefit for example if you're traveling with a tiny infant but wanted to flag that for anyone who needs to be able to have 4 rooms that are all truly private. We would stay here again and really appreciated the warm and helpful communication from the host as well.

Nice host, but...

Pros: plenty of beds, linens, kitchen necessities, quiet neighborhood. Cons: no way for guest to control thermostat. We were miserably hot for 3 of 5 days/nights. Summary: We were uncomfortable inside the house the majority of the time due to inability to control temperature. I believe the host attempted to adjust the temp remotely, but it seems either the thermostat or the HVAC may be faulty. Pack a few fans!

Great home and nice neighborhood

Beautiful house and great neighborhood. Exactly as described in the listing and as shown by photos. Comfortable furniture, good beds, clean and updated bathrooms plus well stocked kitchen . The backyard is spacious and has a very nice deck with table and chairs. Park and walking trails across the street. Easy access to local grocery stores and easy drive to downtown and CU campus. Easy and quick communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Great Thanksgiving stay

Very kid friendly place - loved the close proximity to the park. Lots of beds and there were toys for kids. Kitchen utensils/pots/pans were very well stocked.
