The Sapphire House is a fully restored 1929 historic Victorian — 3,300 sq ft of character, comfort, and room for up to 11 guests in the heart of New Albany, Indiana. Minutes from downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, and 15+ Bourbon Trail distilleries, this is your base for the Kentucky Derby, Bourbon & Beyond, or any adventure in the Louisville metro area.

Getting Around:

You can park two cars in the front driveway to the left of the house. You can also follow the alley off of 11th St. or 13th St. to park in the back driveway. You can park two more cars on the back driveway. The neighbors prefer that guests park onsite before using the street parking in front of the house. Street parking is also available throughout New Albany. In Louisville, parking arrangements vary. Also, there is a toll bridge between New Albany and Louisville, so it can be helpful to get a pass during your stay.
