We found a good deal for this property which is why we chose it over competitors. Nothing terrible happened while we’re there but the experience as a whole was below average. The heater in the lobby was broken for our whole stay so we had to bundle up like we were going out in the snow just to go eat breakfast. Also you had to ring the bell at the front desk to get any assistance because the poor employees had to hide in the back office where there was a heater. The breakfast was free but we chose to pay to go elsewhere the last two mornings we were there because of how bland the breakfast choices were and the menu never changed the whole stay; cereal, bread, yogurt, and those liquid eggs you pour in a tray and cook like a cake and then just break it up with no seasoning and call it scrambled eggs. Also the eggs were cold by the time you ate them because the lobby was 45 degrees. Other than the lobby issues the room was clean and warm, only complaints there were that there was only one roll of toilet paper in the room and no one ever came to replenish toiletries or towels despite there being multiple signs stating someone would be by at least every third day to tidy and give fresh towels. Also ask for extra pillows because they are pretty flat, we ended up going to target and buying our own to get a good nights sleep.
