Needs to be tore down!
This was the worst hotel i have ever been in. Upon walking in the room i noticed about 50 roaches. There are ac u its in the wi dow and no heat. The front desk offered me some roach spray and a space heater. There are people living in this hotel with their kids. When i arrived there was no one in the front office but a note and a number to call for check in. I immediately got my money back and left the hotel pronto. This needs to be shut done!!!

Yowza.
This was without question the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. It's hard to pick which part was the worst, between the non existent bathroom door, the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, or the near constant noise from what i assume was a battle royale outside. At least the roaches kept me from noticing the noise, since i spent most of the night battling them. If given the choice between this hotel and the county jail, i would recommend the county jail.

i refuse to stay when i went to check in. there were a lot of men sitting outside of their rooms and i did not feel safe as a woman alone. i was harassed by a man in the lobby and left as quick as i could. this red carpet inn is not a safe place for women traveling alone to stay.

When I checked in she let me know they had a few roaches, I was like okay, like is it a lot like over run with roaches she’s like no not like that I’m like okay. So I check in and go to my room and they was everywhere. Then I was staying for a week I went down and told her we didn’t have a fridge she said we would get it the next day then still no fridge went and asked again she said the next day then the next day came and nothing went down stairs and the manager was at the desk he said that’s extra I said really since when. Come on man we have roaches and you can’t get me a fridge. Then the next day my key wouldn’t work, they key didn’t work the rest of my stay. Never again

Awful Roach Motel
The motel room was filthy! There were swarms of insects in both the main room and the bathroom, there were blood stains on the mattress and sheets, and there were individuals behind the motel apparently partaking of drugs.

the old saying you get what you pay for could not be even more true than this property the property is rundown the air was a portable unit ,the tv was a joke antenna tv 6 channels dont expect to use the pool even felt unsafe to park the car in their lot we found only one towel and went requested more was told they were locked up and unavailable it seemed to be a hotel that catered to low rent monthly tenants this hotel is not suitable for a nights stay unless you are in need for a very cheap room and very desperate the tenants are very noisy and made it impossible to get a nights sleep

Would have been better off sleeping in my car!!!!!
At check-in, they have u sign a paper agreeing to the three main policies 1...no pets 2...no smoking 3...no refunds After everything is finished and u have paid for ur room, they warn u that they have roaches. No pool or breakfast as advertised. Room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and cat urine. 1 very small window air conditioner that barely worked. TV was hooked to an antenna and only got about 10 channels. Bed was older my parents and the mattress has springs sticking thru in places. The lady at the front desk was nice, but had no problem letting me know they had bugs and that most of the people there were living there long-term and were almost all drug addicts of some sort. Will definitely never stay here again and suggest that everyone avoid it at all costs.

The a/c window unit had a thin piece of wood that could easily be pushed in to gain access to room. There were drug dealings happening in room next door and the pictures must be old because it looks bad in person. Dirty, with vehicles needing repairs and immovable t as king up guess spaces. Children running around making noise and cussing. Hotel staff lives there and its constant noise and ruckus.

Worst experience ever!!!!
I did not stay because when I arrived I immediately thought I was in a crack house!!! It was filthy!! The front desk person was dealing with a disturbed child in the entrance way. One person ahead of me was waiting while employees were walking past us with no concern of helping us at all!! Finally someone comes from the back and says there is no hot water. Not how can I help you or how are you doing but just we have no hot water. So the person in front of me left and the guy just looks at me. I said do you have no hot water and he said that is right. No I’m sorry or glad you’re here or nothing!! I truly want reimbursement for this outrageous experience and never again!!!

I have not seen that many cockroaches before in my life. We had to go buy ant and roach killer and then actually bomb for them and then we went out and bought cleaning supplies. We had to wash everything down in order to even think about sleeping there. Sheets were dirty. No towels. Outlets didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. It was just plain disgusting.

Terrible place save your money go somewhere else. Trashy nasty looking place lady at front desk called it skid row and said theres a bunch of active addicts living at location even tho shes a recovering addict she still disclosed the location like this.i go in my room and theres no air conditioning and the room has heater on full blast. I go back to front desk and they call a mantince guy and he goes yeah theres no ac on property and offers me a small fan.the bed looked nasty and dirty with burn holes on bedding. Smelled like cat pee under furniture and clear saw dead roaches. A jail cell probably had better accommodations. I came to lyft drive for derby and couldnt find a reasonable priced room so saw this and said well cant be that bad but i was proven way wrong. I contacted hotels.com and they offered me $11 credit and i couldnt get a refund until the nexr day if i canceled so i was stuck in this terrible place or my car. Should have picked my car. Please please dont give these people another dime they suck so bad

The property is Old run down and falling apart, the Air conditioner didn't work I needed to buy a fan to be half way comfortable, there was no hot water for the two days I stayed there and travelocity charged me $158 and the hotel receipt said it was only supposed to be $114. Where is that extra $44 I paid???

Hotel was crawling with roaches Light fixtures hanging off wall by wires, no heat, doors don't lock. Couldn't get a refund so just slept in my car. The photos of rooms has to be 20 yr old. Terrible place!!!

I felt unsafe. The floor portable air conditioner vented out an open window sealed with cardboard and duct tape. Completely unacceptable. Needs definite updates and a good scrubbing.

The crack in the window is for the portable to vent. It is secured with a metal bar so the window cannot open any further. We are in the process of upgrading all of our rooms at this time. Thank you for staying with us.

Truly a Roach Motel
The check in process was terrible because they couldn't find my booking. Then when we got to our room it had roaches. Smelled marijuana coming from the room next door as we passed to get to our room after check-in. Apparently the local homeless shelter puts people in this motel for a number of days to prevent COVID-19 entering the shelter. Unless you are extremely desperate, avoid at all cost

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. If you had told the front desk worker they would have addressed any issues you had. As for the homeless, we have not housed them for going on 9 months now. We are currently in the process of upgrading and renovating the property and I hope you will give us another chance in the future.
