“This hotel really needs an update! Our sofa had a big tear in it. The shower curtains do not fit the showers and hang into the tub so much you have to walk on them. Great safety hazard! I talked to the manager who said, oh, yeah they're all like that. I won't even get into the noisy kids above us who played jump off the bed until after midnight.”

“This stay was by far the worst hotel experience of my life . I arrived 1 hr before check in and asked if it were possible to check in early and was told my suite was ready . The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was a terrible stench . Upon entering I could clearly see the battered and stained sofa and on the other side of the room there were 2 full size beds mind you I booked a 2 bedroom suite . “Unfortunately when we stayed at this property, the pool was closed by the board of health. The option of traveling to a sister hotel to swim was provided but the other hotel was a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. It would have been nice to receive notice prior to arrival that the pool was closed, so I could have cancelled and booked elsewhere.”

“This property was very unique in it's lack of staff. Both check in and check out were automated (on a tablet outside). Check in was a bit cumbersome in that I had to enter a lot of information (check out was much easier).
