My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’

“This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the time I walked in the door, until I checked out, it didn't disappoint. The service was A+, on the same level as the Ritz-Carlton. Beyond clean! Every amenity that you could possibly need, and the location was everything! When we visit Tokyo again, I will be staying at the Hyatt Tokyo.”

Peccato per le persone maleducate che di notte urlassero nella zona notte, disturbando il sonno (le capsule hanno solo una tendina che le divide dal corridoio comune. Altra scomodità è che non si ha spazio per poter aprire le valigie. Bagni puliti, doccia e sauna anche. Ogni capsula ha in dotazione (in un armadietto personale) asciugamani e piguama"
"Ho trascorso alcune notti in questo hotel durante un viaggio con degli amici a Tokyo e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente molto bene. La camera tripla in cui abbiamo soggiornato era veramente molto spaziosa e decisamente pulita. Il bagno di dimensioni standard come in tutti gli altri hotel in cui sono stato in Giappone. Sotto alla struttura, nei piani interrati, erano presenti diversi negozietti e ristoranti tipici dove abbiamo mangiato piuttosto bene. La colazione era molto varia con prodotti tipici locali sia dolci che salati, ma anche piatti più da turisti (pizza, uova, bacon, ecc.). Infine la posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima! in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente la stazione di Shinjuku da cui si può raggiungere in treno praticamente tutta la città. Inoltre sempre in pochi minuti a piedi si posso raggiungere i quartieri di Shinjuku e Kabukicho che sono particolarmente animati, soprattutto alla sera."

"Posizione perfetta per visitare shibuya anche la sera. La nostra stanza aveva un bagno un po’ datato, molto piccolo ma comunque nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Diciamo che per il prezzo a notte mi aspettavo un po’ più di attenzione nella pulizia dei sanitari. "

Unica pecca la pulizia del bagno. Il bagno all'arrivo aveva macchie strane sulla porta, sporcizia tra le fughe della doccia e sporco vario negli angoli, incrostazioni di sporcizia anche dietro i lavello. Capelli e peli sparsi nel pavimento. La camera i generale sembrava abbastanza pulita. Un vero peccato per un hotel 4 stelle che si fa pagare un prezzo abbastanza alto per notte."
"Excellent luxury hotel in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, with easy walking access to Shinjuku station (10min walk through the underpass) and a few meters from Tochomae station on the Oedo line, which makes it extremely convenient to get to the airport by metro. Lovely, well kept pool on the 7th floor although please beware of the pool ladder, it's very uncomfortable. All staff speaks English everywhere throughout the hotel, so you don't have to worry about language barriers. Very efficient cleaning service and lovely, quiet, spacious rooms. I think it's well priced for its quality."
