B&B a Lovettsville

“Everyone was so kind, house was beautiful and the food was amazing. Really made us feel like home. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so cute, cozy, and incredibly clean. It’s within walking distance of a beautiful winery, and you even get a 10% discount just for staying at the bed and breakfast! Such a nice little perk! And Miss Olga makes the BEST omelets! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I am writing this review based on Room 3. We were very disappointed with the room for many reasons, so much so, we checked out after one night with no expectation of a credit for the unused night. The room and bath are very dated, the bathroom shower curtain is held up with PVC, the toiletries were minimal, the bed creaked with the slightest movement keeping both myself and spouse awake most of the night, the furniture is mismatched and dated, the freezer was frosted over, the coffee was an open...

“The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...

“Really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.”

“We only spent one night here because my wife had training in the town of Purcellville. However, we were treated like family. Kenny, the general manager, was very kind, welcoming and attentive. He personally prepared our breakfast. Noé, the caretaker was wonderful and always available to us. Beyond that, this is one of the most beautiful, scenic properties I have ever experienced. You have to see it for yourself. Highly recommended!”

“Enjoyed the stay on our road trip. Would recommend”

“Loved this property! Quaint and clean. House cats were my favorite feature. They were living and sweet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Heidi!”

“The temperature in the room was set up at 73° and the thermostat was locked. The attendant did not want to unlock it, and I had to demand the owner of the property to be called at which time the key for the box was found, and I was allowed to adjust the temperature in the room.”

“The location was perfect since there aren’t many B&B places or hotels in Purceville. It’s a beautiful area and a beautiful venue.”

“Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...

“My wife and I booked the Monet Suite for a wedding in nearby Purcellville, VA. We are experienced travelers in our 50s and 60s. Unfortunately, this was one of our worst lodging experiences. From the moment we arrived, we felt like unwelcome intruders. After following the host's detailed parking and arrival instructions, I entered through the designated front door and called out “hello!” Getting no response, I waited a few minutes and then briefly looked around for someone. The host appeared and...

“Perfect idyllic retreat -- lovely property, cozy room, AMAZING art and chill vibes. Lovely host, too. Would love to go back :)”
