Vieni a goderti il Michigan al suo meglio su tutti gli sport e il trofeo del lago Murray nella nostra nuova casa da milioni di dollari. Vicino al centro di Grand Rapids, MI, a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto ea circa un'ora dal Lago Michigan, questa casa è la posizione perfetta per i visitatori che frequentano matrimoni, riunioni di famiglie o semplicemente ritiro e godersi la vita.

Abbiamo appena finito di rinnovare la nostra casa. Tutto è nuovo e aggiornato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha tutte le caratteristiche dei sogni di uno chef gourmet. I piatti, gli elettrodomestici, gli occhiali sono abbondanti e di fascia alta. Oltre al tavolo da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere, ci sono altri tavoli che possono prolungare i posti a sedere. Il camino ha una mensola originale con travi a vista e camino in rame. Ci sono molte aree di seduta / conversazione in tutta la casa. E per gli uomini e i bambini, c'è una grotta uomo con un grande schermo TV!

I prezzi per notte partono da $ 800 (per 2 persone) e arrivano a $ 1300 (12 ospiti). Non è gratuito per i bambini sotto i 1 anno. Inoltre c'è una tassa di pulizia di $ 250 e un deposito rimborsabile di $ 500. Per illustrare il prezzo, ad esempio, se sei un gruppo di 8, il tuo prezzo sarà di 6 ospiti per $ 50 a notte più $ 800 a notte per 2 ospiti = $ 1.100 per tariffa notturna. VRBO calcola questo nella sezione "quota". Lenzuola e asciugamani, internet, TV via cavo, ecc. Sono tutti inclusi.

Ci sono tavole da paddle e kayak a nessun costo aggiuntivo. Se si desidera noleggiare il motoscafo (con tubi e sci), o Bennington Pontoon, ogni barca noleggia per $ 250 al giorno più deposito cauzionale di $ 1.000, più gas.

Our stay at Murray Lake was just what we were looking for. The house had more than enough room for our group of six adults, four teenagers and one child. The kids loved swimming and boating on the lake. The youngest enjoyed fishing and playing on the beach. Lots of outdoor games were available for everyone to enjoy. Sue Anne was so helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed they’d like to return next year. The home is beautiful. It is impeccably clean, neat and organized. We had great communication with the owner who has provided for all of anyones needs. The space fit our family of 14 very well. Eight adults and 6 children from infant to 8yrs. The beach and swim are was perfect for this group. The kitchen was huge. I can’t think of one thing we would have changed. We go somewhere as a family every year for a couple of nights as a summer family get together. This was the best one so far! Thanks to Sue Anne & her staff for making it an enjoyable stay for all of us!

We have been renting every summer for 12 years. This is the absolute BEST house ever… It has everything and the quality is fantastic. Very exquisite in all respects. Loved the lake, the house, the amenities, the very large and efficient kitchen…. Best ever…. Best bedding and multiple baths/showers. Must be professionally decorated with coordinating decor in every room… Lots of sitting areas, inside and out and all items in excellent condition. We all loved it and just couldn’t find anything wrong.. Highly recommended if you want to live like a queen or king….

The home was equipped with absolutely everything you could possible think of. Sue, our host went above and beyond to ensure me and my group of 11 friends had everything we needed. We had 5 couples in the group and everyone was very comfortable. We didn’t even use all the spaces in the home because it’s so spacious. The kitchen is amazing. Having 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens made meal times a breeze. There were a couple of mishaps but Sue was very responsive. We had a day of golf at Arrowhead which was 5 minutes away from the house. We also visited the Painted Turtle -cider bar with barn animals and kitties! which was the only thing opened on Memorial Day (also 5 minutes away). Grand Rapids is only 30 minutes away, we ordered food one of the nights from Hop Cat. Grocery store is 15 minutes away. Great location, great house, the most quiet and clean lake we’ve been to, we’ll definitely come back.

We had a lovely visit. A few things happened...one of the GFI outlets had to be replaced which my son was able to do, we saw a mouse and discovered old food in the basement. We set traps. Then the tornado storm hit very close to us in Kent County! The generator did not automatically come on so my sons had to work on it to discover the oil cap had not been secured by whomever worked on it prior to us. But in spite of these issues, our host was extremely responsive and tried very hard to make everything right. She worked with us at every step and tried to make sure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful time.

This home is spacious and beautiful inside & out with everything you need to enjoy your family. Well equipped and comfortable. It is big enough for a large family to each have their own space. We enjoyed the well equipped large kitchen, 2 dining room tables and the open floor plan had plenty of seating. We had fun fishing off the dock, using the kayaks, paddle boards & playing in the sand. You will not be disappointed renting this home.

Our family of 11 adults between ages of 17-72 had a wonderful time. We stayed for 5 days in August 2022. The home was beautiful and spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge kitchen completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hostess, Sue Anne, was lovely to work with. There were a few things that needed repair like the deck railing and the shower floor in one bathroom, but the owner was glad to hear of it, and is making every attempt to fix everything. The lake was fun for everyone and it was very easy to rent a pontoon boat from a nearby location. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful property. Accommodations were perfect in every way. Every family member from youngest granddaughter to great grandma had an awesome experience. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, beds were very comfy and bathrooms all well stocked with towels and necessities. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided and the weather was perfect as well, for lots of outdoor fun. We would definitely like to return again next year. Amazing kitchen with beautiful dining area for family gathering. Close your eyes and pick a bedroom, you won't be disappointed. Master BR is luxurious! Very nice beach area for toddlers (and adults). Sue Ann was great with prompt communication and made our stay very comfortable.
