Other Things to Note:

Dock Notice: The private boat dock is available for swimming, fishing, and passenger pick-up/drop-off only. Per Corps of Engineers regulations, no boat tying or docking is permitted. Violations may result in fines.



Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.



Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.



Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.



House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

No mooring of any boat or jet ski to the dock. Corp. rule is strictly enforced.

No smoking in the property.

No glass outside. Please use our plastic cups, wine glasses, and dishes for outdoors.

SEPTIC SYSTEM. Flush only toilet paper.

Please keep outdoor cushions in box when not in use.

Please do not rearrange.

Have a spill? Use our cleaning towels in the laundry room cabinet.

Please use black washcloths for makeup removal.

NO pets, please.

Please report damages immediately.

We like to keep our home well-stocked. Let us know if we run out of something. 😊

Shut and lock all windows/doors before you leave.

Please help us keep our furniture in good shape. Please use the drink coasters.

Please keep gates closed at all times.

Please bag all trash.

Please park in driveway and do not block street.

No events, parties, or extra guests.

Any loud music, noise or ruining the peace of our neighbors can result in your group being asked to leave.
