“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. “Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“The breakfast was pretty good. The airport shuttle was great. The check in was chaotic, the reception was full of frustrated guests. It was cold due to the automatic door not working and staying open... which by the way my husband fixed while we were waiting with no acknowledgement from the Receptionist. We have however stayed here before with no problems.”

“They lie about the sizes of the beds. I was on a full mattress and they said it was a king. They said there would be a tub in my room. There’s no tub. The room was very small and dirty. There was no towels and when I would go to the front desk and ask for towels every single night they never had. I ended up having to buy towels from Walmart. I left them there so that they could wash them and give them to the next guest honestly.”

“I enjoyed the staff Jasmine, Toiya and GM carried my luggage up the stairs. The staff was very hospitable, my room was clean up to my standards. My breakfast was great….. my girlfriend and I had a ball catching up.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
