“I liked that the room was clean and the staff was helpful”

“We love this hotel. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. Our kids were obsessed with the indoor/outdoor pool. The hotel smelled amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.”

“Fast and easy check in. The shuttle from DTW was on time as they said it would be. I arrived late and there was a good selection of snacks and drinks to take care of the late night hunger from a long trip.”

“If you need to stay near Detroit Metro, there is LITERALLY nowhere better than here! You will not be disappointed. Big rooms, clean, food was excellent in the morning, shuttle we did not use, but noticed how they were friendly and on time. You cannot ask for more. It is slightly pricier - but you get what you pay for. It is in a safe location and getting to the airport is a breeze!”

“The hotel is really good, with clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms. It has a very well structured gym with a great pool near it. Surely a great hotel where to stay and relax!”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, although a bit small. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which was very limited, with only fruit and coffee available. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but more breakfast options would improve the experience.”

“The room air conditioner did not work well. It kept cutting off and never really got the room cool.”

“The room was dirty. The floor has some kind of water damage, or something. When you walk down the hallway is like walking in a creepy fun house. The floor is severally uneven. The room smelled like mildew and it didn't come with soap, or towels. The only thing that wasn't awful was breakfast and that was because of the scrambled eggs. Everything else also sucked. Definitely don't recommend unless everything else is booked already. Not worth your money at all.”
