“Worked well for staying near the airport and convenience. I would stay again for convenience, but not a luxury stay by any means, it could use some cleaning and upgrading. Price point is good for what it is, so would stay again.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”
